We had a great time – enjoyed the sightseeing and swimming in the Pacific and the little game on the court in Venice beach. Now it´s time to focus on the first competition game tomorrow. As we are the first Austrian Basketball Team ever qualified in the history of the Special Olympics it´s an honor to be here and it´s our time to show the best Basketball we can – enjoy the mood and show our team spirit. Keep your fingers crossed for us !

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit – genossen das Sightseeing und im Pazifik zu schwimmen – das Spiel am Court in Venice Beach. Jetzt ist es aber Zeit sich auf das erste Wettbewerbsspiel morgen zu konzentrieren. Da wir das erste österreichische Basketballteam sind, das sich in der Geschichte der Special Olympics jemals dafür qualifiziert hat, ist es eine Ehre für uns hier zu sein und nun können wir das Beste Basketball zeigen, dass wir können – die Stimmung zu genießen und unseren Teamgeist zu zeigen. Drückt uns die Daumen !
